Mahindra World City Jaipur Ltd executes two lease deeds

Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd (MWCJL), a subsidiary cum joint venture company of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, has, in its normal course of business, executed two lease deeds - one each on 29th December, 2021 and 30th December, 2021 - for leasing in aggregate 40.81 acres of land in the Domestic Tariff Area - II (DTA - II).

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 231.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9367 in over 776 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 237.05 and intraday low of 227.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2175175.00.
