Inox Wind Limited allots NCPRPS

Pursuant to the resolutions passed by the Board of Directors of Inox Wind Limited (IWL) and the Shareholders of the Company in their respective meetings held on 6 October, 2021 and 29 October, 2021, the IWL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations' of the Company on 27% December, 2021 had allotted, in third tranche, 1,25,00,000 0.01% Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Participating, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company (NCPRPS) fully paid-up, at par, on private placement basis to Devansh Trademart LLP (LLPIN: AAE-2605), an entity forming part of the Promoter Group for cash consideration aggregating Rs. 12,50,00,000 (Rupees Twelve Crore Fifty Lakh only).

Shares of Inox Wind Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 119.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40605 in over 1204 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 123.40 and intraday low of 121.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4967688.00.
