Manappuram Finance Ltd issues NCDs

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on December 24, 2021, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- (Rupees Hundred Crores Only) with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 400,00,00,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Forty Crores Only) aggregating to Rs.500,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crores Only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 165.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93082 in over 1189 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 167.50 and intraday low of 163.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15379474.00.
