SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd approves allotment of NCDs worth Rs. 650 crores

The Stakeholders' Relationship and Customer Experience Committee of SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd has approved the allotment of 6500 Fixed Rate, Unsecured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable, Senior, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, at par, under Series 28 aggregating to Rs. 650 crores on private placement basis.

Shares of SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 906.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 894.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 109898 in over 6089 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 908.50 and intraday low of 894.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99067811.00.
