GAIL India Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of GAIL India Ltd in its 435th meeting held today i.e. 23.12.2021 has, approved payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22 @ 40% (Rs. 4.00/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Friday, December 31, 2021 fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of GAIL (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 132.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 566937 in over 5763 trades.
