Anupam Finserv Ltd Board to consider Bonus Shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Anupam Finserv Ltd is scheduled to be held on December 22, 2021, to consider and approve the proposal to issue Bonus Shares and increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company.
