Kopran Ltd board approves preferential issue of 49,59,999 shares at Rs. 255 per share

The Board of Directors of Kopran Ltd (the Board), at its meeting held today, has approved the issue of up to 49,59,999 Equity shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each ("Equity Shares") to the Proposed Allottee(s), on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"), as amended, and other applicable laws, at a price of ₹ 255/- per Equity Share aggregating to ₹ 126.48 crore, subject to the approval of regulatory/ statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
