Rating action by CRISIL on Punjab National Bank's ratings

CRISIL Ratings vide its rating action dated 02.12.2021 has assigned '[CRISIL] AA/Stable' rating to Rs.2,500 Crore Tier I Bonds (Basel III) while reaffirming its Ratings on Bank's Tier I Bonds (Basel III) at '[CRISIL] AA/Stable': Perpetual Tier- I Bonds (Basel II), Tier II Bonds (Basel III), Lower Tier-II Bonds (Basel II), Upper Tier II Bonds (Basel II) & Infrastructure Bonds at '[CRISIL] AA+/Stable' and Certificate of Deposits at '[CRISIL] A1+.
