Coal India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd in its meeting held on Monday, the 29th Nov'2021 had approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 @ 9/- per share of the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL in its meeting held on date.

The company has fixed Friday, the Tuesday, 7th December'21 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial year 2021-22.

The date of payment of 'Interim Dividend' is 'on and from 21st Dec' 2021'.

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 154.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 562395 in over 4636 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159.85 and intraday low of 151.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87038048.00.
