Astral Limited has announced that a Search Operation was carried out by Income Tax Department at various locations of the Company during the period from 23rd November, 2021 to 27th November, 2021.

During the search operations as a responsible Company all concerned employees / staff of the Company extended their full co-operation to the Income Tax Officials and provided all the required information / documents.

The company does not foresee any material impact on the Company's current or future business plans. Further, as an organization, Astral continues to conform to the highest standards of corporate governance as demonstrated in the past.

Shares of Astral Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2140.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2195.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9474 in over 1949 trades.
