Visagar Financial Services Ltd Board to consider Sub-Division of Equity Shares & Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Visagar Financial Services Ltd is scheduled to be held on November 25, 2021, to consider the sub-Division of face value of Equity Shares and issue of Bonus Equity Shares.
