Kaveri Seed Company Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ 200% i.e., Rs.4/- per Equity Share of Rs.2/- each on the profits of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 on the equity share capital of the Company.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the share as on Friday the 26th day of November 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose of payment of an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.

Shares of Kaveri Seed Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 537.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 543.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4712 in over 462 trades.
