VSF Projects Ltd to set up Multi-Product FTWZ in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

VSF Projects Ltd has obtained a formal Approval from Ministry of Commerce & Industry Department of Commerce (SEZ Section), Government of India for Setting up of a Multi-Product Free Trade Warehousing Zone at Ankulpaturu Village, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh over an area of 50Ha (132.96 Acres).

The above approval is subject to certain conditions mentioned in the formal approval letter and the final approval shall be accorded to Company after complying the conditions mentioned in the formal approval letter and further developments will be intimated to exchange in due course of time.

Shares of VSF PROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.29. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96 in over 4 trades.
