Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd in their meeting today, have recommended an Interim dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share, being 22.5% of the Face Value of Rs. 10.00/- each, to the shareholders of the Company. The Record date for the Interim Dividend is November 19, 2021 as fixed by the Board.
