Indian Toners and Developers Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Indian Toners and Developers Ltd at its meeting held on November 01, 2021, have declared the payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each, for the FY 2021-22, which will be paid to such Members whose names shall appear in the Company's Registrar of Members as on the record date.

The date of payment of interim dividend will be on or before November 30, 2021.
