Hitech Corporation Ltd has executed a Sale Deed on 29th October, 2021 effecting the sale of the Company's land bearing survey numbers 220/3/2/1, 220/3/2/2, 220/8/2/1 and 224/1 totally admeasuring 27 151 square meters situated at Village Naroli, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, which was presently lying idle and unemployed with the Company.

Shares of Hitech Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 218.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 211.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1895 in over 19 trades.
