The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd at their meeting held on October 29, 2021 have considered and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per share to the equity shareholders of the Company.

The Company has fixed November 12, 2021 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders eligible for receiving the interim dividend. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 18, 2021.

Shares of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 329.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 320.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8751 in over 540 trades.
