Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited board approves draft letter of offer for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited at its meeting held on 15th May, 2021, approved the issue of equity shares by way of rights issue to the existing shareholders of the Company, in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share for every 8 (Eight) Equity Shares held by the Existing Shareholders as on the record date to be decided at appropriate time ("Rights Issue").
The Board members of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2021, approved the Draft Letter of Offer ("DLOF"), date to be decided by Merchant Banker, for the submission of the same to the Stock Exchange where the equity shares of the Company are listed.
