Globalspace Technologies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Globalspace Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on October 22, 2021, have recommended final dividend at 20% (i.e., Rs. 0.20/- per share) on 11,456,601 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend if approved by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
