Macrotech Developers Limited board approves fund raising proposal of Rs. 4000 crore

The Board of Directors of Macrotech Developers Limited at its meeting held on October 21, 2021, discussed and approved the proposal of raising of funds by way of further issuance of securities through any of the permissible modes (in one or more tranches), for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 4000 Crore [Rupees Four Thousand Crore], subject to applicable laws and necessary shareholder / regulatory approvals, as applicable.
