Lancer Container Lines Limited board allots 2,00,94,080 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Lancer Container Lines Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. October 18, 2021 has allotted 2,00,94,080 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 2 (Two) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share held by the Members in the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on Thursday, October 14, 2021, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of Bonus Shares, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,04, 70,400/- consisting of 1,00,47,040 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 30,14,11,200/- consisting 3,01,41,120 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of Lancer Container Lines Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 142.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23064 in over 91 trades.
