Jagran Prakashan Ltd to appoint Mr Amit Jaiswal as CFO

The Audit Committee, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has granted its approval for appointment of Mr. Amit Jaiswal as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.

He is currently the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel) and will continue to hold these positions.

The said approval will be placed before the Board of directors of the Company at its forthcoming meeting.

Mr. Amit Jaiswal aged 45 years is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce, is a law graduate and also holds a post graduate diploma in business management.

Mr. Jaiswal has been associated with the Company as Company Secretary since April, 2003, and has an experience of more than twenty (20) years in secretarial, legal and compliance, corporate governance, corporate finance, corporate affairs, budgeting, audit, investor relations, IPOs, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
