Sanrhea Technical Textiles Ltd approves issue of 12.10 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Sanrhea Technical Textiles Ltd in its meeting held today, October 09, 2021, has considered and approved the issue and allotted 12,10,000 warrants (convertible into equity Shares of Rs. 10.00 each) at a price of Rs. 20.75 each (including a premium of Rs. 10.75 each) as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 to the Promoter group persons on preferential issue basis.
