PrismX Global Ventures Ltd fixes Oct 25, 2021 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of PrismX Global Ventures Limited in their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, 8th October, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 412, Hubtown Solaris, Sai Wadi Andheri (East) Mumbai, MH- 400069, have considered, approved and fixed record date as Monday 25th October, 2021 for stock split of Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to Rs. 1/- (Rupees one only) each.

The board also authorized the Company Secretary and Managing Director of the Company to be responsible for complete the process and sign necessary documents, paper of stock split of Equity Shares.

Shares of Prismx Global Ventures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 312187 in over 3715 trades.
