TCS board declares second interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd at its meeting held today, have declared a second interim dividend of ₹ 7 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of the Company.

The second interim dividend shall be paid on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3935.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3892.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97634 in over 9288 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3990.00 and intraday low of 3898.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 385471417.00.
