KPI Global Infrastructure Ltd signs agreements with Anupam Rasayan India Ltd for Solar Power Plant

KPI Global Infrastructure Ltd had received an order for executing solar power projectof 12.50 MW capacity under "Captive Power Producer (CPP)" category from M/s. Anupam Rasayan India Limited, Surat in May, 2021.

Accordingly, KPI Global has signed an Operation & Maintenance Agreement & Land Lease Agreement for the period of 25 years, aggregating amount of Rs. 38.97 Crores with M/s Anupam Rasayan India Limited for 12.50 MW Solar Power Plant under CPP Category.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 129.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 128.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2116 in over 75 trades.
