IDBI BANK LIMITED (Lender) has on 28.09.2021, released 40,00,000 equity shares held by A. Nithya, and P. Arulsundaram, Promoters of M/s. R.P.P. INFRA PROJECTS LIMITED (Company), which were pledged as collateral in respect of the working capital loan granted by the Lender to the Company.
