Laxmi Organic Industries Limited completes acquisition of Acetyls Holding Pvt Ltd

Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of "Acetyls Holding Private Limited" in accordance with terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated December 9, 2020 and Prospectus dated March 18, 2021.

With this acquisition, Acetyls Holding Private Limited and its subsidiary Company namely Yellowstone Chemicals Private Limited have become subsidiaries of the Company w.e.f. October 1, 2021.

Shares of Laxmi Organic Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 546.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 520.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 294634 in over 4103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 546.65 and intraday low of 522. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160421783.
