TCS board to consider Q2, H1FY22 results on Oct 8, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd is scheduled on 08/10/2021, to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2021.

The board will also approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2021 and consider declaration of a second interim dividend to the equity shareholders.

The second interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3774.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3791.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39114 in over 3938 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3811 and intraday low of 3750.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 147359294.
