Happiest Minds is ranked among India's Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women 2021

Happiest Minds Technologies Limited (NSE:HAPPSTMNDS), a 'Born Digital. Born Agile', digital transformation and IT Solutions Company, today announced being ranked among the Top 50 India's Best Workplaces for Women 2021 by Great Place to Work® Institute. This is the third consecutive year that Happiest Minds is being recognized in this coveted list.

Great Place to Work® Institute has constituted India's Best Workplaces for Women rankings to foster gender equity and equality in the workplace and contributing to the vision of making India a Great Place to Work FOR ALL.

This year, Great Place to Work® India studied 712 organizations out of which 512 passed through the criteria of having atleast 10 percent women employees and each of these who participated in the study sharing atleast 70 percent positive feedback on the Great Place to Work® Trust Index©, which is a globally accepted framework used to measure employee experience. The shortlisted companies were evaluated on parameters such as parity in the experience of women employees, people practices, inclusion practices, representation of women across all hierarchical levels in the organization.

Earlier this year, Happiest Minds has been recognized among Asia's Top 100 Great Places to Work 2021 and India's Top 25 Best Companies to Work for 2021 by Great Place to Work® Institute.

Shares of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1404.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1420.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31826 in over 4045 trades.
