Gallantt Metal Ltd approves sale of 106 acres land in Halavarthi, Koppal district

Considering the economically not viable, the Board of Directors of Gallantt Metal Ltd at their meeting held today has approved the proposal to sell the 106 acres (approx.) of land situated at Village - Halavarthi, District: Koppal in the State of Karnataka which was acquired to set up a steel manufacturing plant.

Hence, the Board of Directors has given their consent for sale of the above mentioned land in the best interest of the Company.

Shares of Gallantt Metal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2550 in over 114 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.95 and intraday low of 70.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 185969.
