Trimurthi Ltd gets Rs. 25 lakhs claim from defaulted broker

Trimurthi Ltd has announced that out of the total claim amount of Rs. 1,14,17,641 due from the defaulter and expelled member Anugrah Stock & Broking Pvt. Ltd. the amount of Rs. 1,06,29,987 has been admitted by the NSE vide their letter NSEHRO/0062616/20-21/DCS/REV1 dated 8th September, 2021 and the stock of Rs. 7,87,654 are subject to matter of litigation filed against Anugrah Stock and Broking Pvt. Ltd. pending before Securities Appellate Tribunal.

As there are insufficient assets vesting in the Exchange in respect of Anugrah Stock & Broking Pvt. Ltd. an amount of Rs. 25,00,000 have been received by the Company from the above claim.

Shares of Trimurthi Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.11 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.43. The total number of shares traded during the day was 220 in over 6 trades.
