Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd raises ₹ 251 crores by selling part of its stake in OakNorth Holdings Ltd

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (the "Company") has sold a portion of its stake in OakNorth Holdings Ltd. (the wholly owning parent company of OakNorth Bank plc) ("OakNorth") for approximately ₹ 251 crores. The sale proceeds will be accretive to the regulatory net worth and the CRAR of the Company and will be added to the regulatory equity capital of the Company.

Shares of INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 229.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 220.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1476786 in over 14679 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 231.9 and intraday low of 223.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 336429324.
