Huhtamaki India Ltd announces resignation of MD

Mr. Sudip Mall has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignation, effective end of day, 30th November, 2021. Consequently, Mr. Sudip Mall will cease to be a Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on 30th November, 2021.

Shares of HUHTAMAKI INDIA LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 269 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 271.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8767 in over 332 trades.
