Adani Enterprises Ltd forms Adani Digital Labs Private Limited

Adani Enterprises Ltd has incorporated a WOS namely, 'Adani Digital Labs Private Limited' ("ADLPL") on 22nd September, 2021.

ADLPL is incorporated with the objective of transforming consumer businesses to digital first businesses by creating an omnichannel integrated platform enabling the customers to interact with all B2C businesses of Adani Group.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1474.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1438.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 353340 in over 4322 trades.
