Cineline India Ltd board approves preferential allotment

The Board of directors of Cineline India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. through video conferencing, have approved the allotment of 14,68,532 (Fourteen Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Two) warrants each convertible into or exchangeable for one equity shares of the Company within the period of 18 months in accordance with the applicable law to the members of the Promoter Group on preferential basis.

The board also approved the allotment of 20,97,902 (Twenty Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Two) fully paid up equity shares of the Company to an entity on preferential basis.

Shares of Cineline India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 107.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29553 in over 96 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107.1 and intraday low of 104. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3131382.
