Transpek Industry Limited appoints Shri Avtar Singh as Joint MD

The Board of Directors of Transpek Industry Limited had, at its meeting held on 22nd September, 2021, approved the appointment of Shri Avtar Singh as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Joint Managing Director for a period of 5 (five) years w.e.f 1st October, 2021.
