Sobha Ltd appoints Mr. Yogesh Bansal as CFO

The Board of Directors of Sobha Ltd at the meeting held on today i.e. Saturday, 18th September, 2021, appointed Mr. Yogesh Bansal as the Chief Financial Officer designated as Key Managerial Personnel with effect from the close of business hours on November 15, 2021.

Mr. Yogesh Bansal, aged about 42 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having over 18 years of-experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Internal audit, Budget, Process control-and improvement, Internal finance controls, MIS, Statutory compliances and Business support. He is associated with Sobha Limited since last 10 years and currently handling the finance wing of NCR and Gujarat regions. Prior to joining Sobha, he was associated with M/s. Negolice India Limited a real estate company based at NCR.

Shares of Sobha Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 741.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 765.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8504 in over 957 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 778.95 and intraday low of 736.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6417572.
