ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd shareholders approve appointment of directors

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, the Members of ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd at their 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 17, 2021 had approved, the appointment of following Directors:

- Mr. Arvind Sagar (DIN: 09210612) has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of 5 (Five) years with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on June 28, 2021 upto and including June 27, 2026.

- Mr. Kishore Chatnani (DIN: 07805465) has been appointed as a Whole-Time Director for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on June 28, 2021 upto and including June 27, 2026.

- Mr. Sanjay Gulati (DIN: 05201178) has been appointed as a Whole-Time Director for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on June 28, 202 1 upto and including June 27, 2026.

- Mr. Ranjit Puri (DIN: 00052459), who is liable to retire by rotatioq and is of 81 years of age has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Shares of ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 785.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 804.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29350 in over 2949 trades.
