Cosmo Films Ltd to set up new production for BOPP films at Aurangabad

The Board of Directors of Cosmo Films Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. September 16, 2021, has approved the proposal for setting up of new production line for BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Poly Propylene) Film at Aurangabad, Maharashtra with rated capacity of 67KL MT annually. This line will require investment of about Rs. 350 crores to be funded through internal accruals and debts. This line is estimated to be commissioned by 2024-25.

Shares of Cosmo Films Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1491.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1535.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15289 in over 2325 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1550.05 and intraday low of 1489.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23057233.
