Mr. Hardik Kumar Vadnagara(DIN: 08796487) has tendered his resignation as Managing Director of Ace Men Engg Works Ltd on 15th day of September 2021. The Board of Directors has taken on record his resignation. Mr.Hardik Kumar Vadnagara will be relieved from the services of the Company effective from 15th day of September 2021.
