SC asks release of Rs. 357.79 Crores plus accrued interest to Manaj Tollway Private Limited

The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has dismissed the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the Government of Maharashtra regarding the Arbitration Award in favour of Manaj Tollway Private Limited, a subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction Limited and accordingly Hon'ble High Court at Bombay has, vide its order dated September 14, 2021, ordered and directed the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to forthwith release the amount deposited with it by the Government of Maharashtra to the tune of Rs. 357.79 Crores plus accrued interest.

Shares of MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 429796 in over 3533 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.4 and intraday low of 83.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37370559.
