Syschem India Ltd redeems NCNCRPS and repays unsecured loan

Syschem India Ltd has redeemed 100,00,000 2% Non-Cumulative Non Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 1 each issued to Mr. Ranjan Jain, Director of the Company out of the profits of the current year.

Further the Company had repaid unsecured loan of Rs. 1,50,00,000 to Mr. Ranjan Jain as per the terms of agreement.
