R P P Infra Projects Ltd fixes Sep 20, 2021 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of R P P Infra Projects Ltd approved the rights issue terms on September 13, 2021. The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., September 14, 2021, has considered and approved September 20, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are eligible to apply for the equity shares in the Rights Issue (Record Date).
