Bank of Maharashtra assigns debt of Jyoti Ltd to RARE ARC

Pursuant to the Assignment Agreement (AA) dated September 02, 2021 between Rare Asset Reconstruction Limited (RARE ARC) and Bank of Maharashtra, Rare ARC have acquired the financial assets of Jyoti Limited together with all security interest and all its rights and title and interest and benefits in respect therein.

Shares of Jyoti Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.67. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10029 in over 70 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.99 and intraday low of 9.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98761.
