In relation to the Rights Issue, the Finance and Investment Committee of Directors of Texel Industries Ltd, at its meeting held on today i.e. September 08, 2021, has approved the extension of the Issue Closing Date by 15 (Fifteen) days and accordingly, the revised schedule of Rights Issue of the Company shall be as follows:

Last date for On Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlement : Friday, September 24, 2021

Issue Closing Date : Wednesday, September 29, 2021
