Allianz Securities to change name, Settles amicably with Allianz AG

Allianz Securities Ltd has announced that an out of court settlement has been reached by the Company with Allianz AG. It would entail change of name of the Company subject to necessary approval from various regulatory authorities, and surrender of its trademarks and copyrights, for which Allianz AG has agreed to provide necessary assistance.
