The Board of Directors of Nova Publications India Ltd in their meeting held on September 2, 2021, have approved the increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 4,00,00,000 (Rupees Four Crore) to Rs. 9,00,00,000 (Rupees Nine Crore) subject to approval of Shareholders.
The board also approved change in the name of the Company from NOVA PUBLICATIONS (INDIA) LIMITED TO OPULENCIA PUBLICATIONS LIMITED or any other name subject to approval of availability of name with Registrar of Companies and Shareholders.
