SRF Ltd board approves 4:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of SRF Ltd at their meeting held today (started at 11:55 a.m. and concluded at 2:00 p.m.) have considered and approved Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot in compliance with the applicable laws.

The Pre-bonus paid up share capital of Rs. 59,24,52,050 divided into 5,92,45,205 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will increase to Post-bonus paid up share capital of Rs. 296,22,60,250 divided into 29,62,26,025 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of SRF Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9711.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9425.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35066 in over 8343 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9876.55 and intraday low of 9407.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 340314592.
