SIEL Financial Services Ltd to change name, set up subsidiary

The Board of Directors of SIEL Financial Services Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. on August 28, 2021,have approved the appointment of Mr. Parmeet Singh Sood as Managing Director of Company, subject to approval of members at general Meeting.

The board approved change of name of Company, subject to approval of members, to CMX Global Limited or CMX Holdings Limited or any other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies.

The board also approved change of registered office of the Company, subject to approval of members, from the state of Madhya Pradesh to the state of Haryana.

The board gave its approval for setting up of subsidiary company with the name of CMX Sealing Solutions Private Limited, or any other name as may be approved by Registrar of Companies.

Shares of Siel Financial Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 14.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6550 in over 4 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.8 and intraday low of 14.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 96912.
